This improves posture and maintains physical health of the patient. It is therefore important for patients who are prescribed with brace to learn from the physiotherapists what type of exercise is suitable and how long they should perform the exercise. The Schroth exercise aims to improve body mechanics and achieve spinal balance and stability to prevent curve progression.
